Put your catalog in front of Silicon Valley.
A staffed display on the relevant floor, a listing buyers search, a registered US address with a US phone number and mail forwarding — for a flat annual fee, with no commission on anything that follows.
You don't need
more leads.
You need American buyers to believe you're real, reachable and worth specifying — before they've ever met you.
If you manufacture components, your problem in the US market is rarely demand. It is credibility and distance. A Bay Area engineer evaluating your part has to trust a website, a PDF, a sales@ address in a time zone eight hours away, and a company they cannot visit. Most of them won't. They will specify the part they can get a sample of by Thursday.
The conventional fixes are expensive and temporary. A booth at a US trade show costs a small fortune, runs for three days, and produces a spreadsheet of business cards that goes cold in a fortnight. A US sales office costs six figures a year before anyone sells anything. A rep firm puts a third party between you and the engineer who actually chooses the part.
A shelf at SFbei is the cheap version of a US presence. Your products sit in front of the exact buyers you want, all year, in a building they can visit — with an address they can ship to and a number they can call.
A shelf, a listing, and a US presence.
- Standard display placementA dedicated, staffed spot on the floor that matches your category — products, catalogs and business cards, kept stocked by our team.
- A listing in the directoryA searchable profile on sfbei.com with your categories, certifications, MOQ posture and lead times — the page buyers land on when they search for exactly what you make.
- A registered US addressYour own suite number at 1070 Bryant Street. The thing that makes an American buyer treat you as a company they can deal with rather than a website.
- A US phone numberA local number answered in Bay Area hours, forwarded or messaged to your team.
- Mail and sample forwardingPurchase orders, documents and returned samples received at our lower-level mail room, logged and forwarded to you.
- Mixers and eventsYour category showcased at the monthly events on the roof deck and demo floor, at no extra cost.
- Introductions, not lead listsWhen a buyer describes a part you make, our staff walk them to your shelf and make the introduction by name.

Three sizes of shelf.
Every display is staffed by SFbei — you do not need to send anyone. Rates are quoted on acceptance and fixed for the term; founding-cohort suppliers keep their rate for three years.
Case
A share of a category case with your products, a catalog pocket and card holder. The entry point for a focused range or a first year on the floor.
- Shared case
- Catalog pocket
- Directory listing
- US address
Bay
A dedicated bay on your category aisle — wall display, case and bench — sized for a full product family and larger samples.
- Dedicated bay
- Wall display
- Sample bench
- Event slot
Demo bay
Second-floor floor space with power and service drops for a running system: an arm, an AMR, a vision cell or a conveyor loop.
- Powered floor space
- Live demo
- Screen wall
- Priority events
Whatever the tier, we never take a commission, a per-lead fee or a share of your revenue. The only thing you buy from SFbei is floor space and the services attached to it.
From application to shelf.
Apply
Send your catalog, contacts and company bio through the form. One form, three documents.
Review
A human reads it. We check provenance, category fit and whether the aisle is already crowded.
Placement
We agree the tier, the floor position and the term, and quote a flat annual rate.
You ship, we build
You send products and catalogs; our team builds and staffs the display and publishes your listing.
Open to component makers. Closed to middlemen we can't trace.
We accept manufacturers and authorised distributors of components used in robotics, AI hardware, automation, medical devices, mobility and general industrial supply — anywhere in the world. Contract manufacturers and process suppliers (CNC, molding, PCBA, finishing, tooling) are equally welcome; several of the most useful displays in the building will be services rather than parts.
We decline applicants who cannot tell us where their products are actually manufactured, resellers of parts they cannot document, and anyone whose catalog we can't distinguish from three other applicants' catalogs. Provenance is the one thing we are strict about, because it is the single biggest reason Western procurement teams refuse to buy from an unfamiliar supplier.
What we ask for
A product catalog, named sales and engineering contacts with their time zone and working languages, and a company bio covering what you make, where you make it, capacity, certifications and your MOQ posture. Three documents, one form.
What happens to it
It goes to a human, not a scoring model. We reply either way, usually within a few business days, and if we decline we tell you why — often it is category saturation rather than anything about your company.
Founding cohort
is open.
The first cohort of exhibitors gets first choice of floor position, a rate fixed for three years, and a named profile in the launch directory. Applications are reviewed continuously through 2026.
If you would rather talk to a person first, get in touch — we are happy to walk through the floor plan and what your category looks like before you apply.

Supplier application
Tell us what you make. We review every application and reply either way.
What exhibitors ask us.
Do we have to send staff to San Francisco?
How much does it cost?
Can we sell from the floor?
Will our pricing be visible to competitors?
What if our category is already full?
Do you help with the US address paperwork?
Can a US manufacturer exhibit?

First cohort.
First choice of floor.
Applications are open through 2026. Placement is agreed by category, so the earlier you apply the more of the floor plan is still open.
